For most events, we recommend 8–12 weeks minimum. For large-scale productions, galas, or weddings, 5–6 months gives us the best opportunity to secure your ideal venue, vendors, and creative vision. That said, we have successfully executed events on shorter timelines — reach out and we will let you know what is possible.
Our full-service event planning engagements typically start from $10,000 CAD in event production value. For smaller events, we offer day-of coordination packages starting from $1,500. We are always happy to discuss your budget and find a scope of service that works for you.
Absolutely. Venue sourcing is one of our core services. We have established relationships with over 60 venues across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including historic spaces, modern lofts, rooftop terraces, waterfront venues, and custom builds. We will match you with the perfect space for your event type, guest count, and aesthetic.
Full-service planning covers everything from concept development and vendor sourcing to day-of coordination and post-event reporting. This includes venue management, catering and bar curation, floral and decor design, A/V and lighting production, entertainment booking, guest management, and a dedicated Senior Event Director on-site from start to finish.
Yes. Epic Events Toronto carries comprehensive general liability insurance on all events. We can provide proof of insurance and certificates of coverage upon request, which many venues require as part of their booking process.
